I seek senior leadership roles where I can scale remote engineering teams, drive AI/product strategy, improve delivery predictability, and build resilient, data-driven platforms with strong team culture and measurable impact.

I am a hands-on CTO with 15+ years in software engineering, experienced in growing remote engineering organizations from small teams to 70+ engineers across 10+ countries and delivering products that generated EUR 100M+ GMV per year. I lead technical due diligence for Series A–D, drove predictable delivery through DORA metrics, OKRs and Agile, and managed large-scale incidents including a 4000% traffic spike during COVID.

Currently I lead an AI-native climate resilience platform serving 3M+ users, where I refactored a 23TB database to feed ML models, built a hardware-free weather regression model (93% accuracy), and automated deployment workflows for daily releases. I combine hands-on engineering (Python, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, PyTorch, OpenAI) with strategy, people leadership, and operational excellence to scale product and platform outcomes.
