What I'm looking for

I'm looking to create personalized luxury hospitality, travel, and event experiences, managing client journeys, supplier relationships, and complex project delivery.

I'm currently a freelance Hospitality, Events & Travel Consultant, planning social and corporate events and creating personalized travel and hospitality experiences for premium clients.

I manage the full client journey across Customer Experience and Guest Experience, coordinating accommodations, transportation, reservations, itineraries, suppliers, and on-site event delivery. I work closely with hotels, wineries, venues, transportation providers, and international partners to anticipate needs and resolve challenges efficiently.

My background also includes client experience and project management at Roberta Gelsi Arquitetura, founding and directing Studio Nôu Architecture, and project management at TW2R Desenvolvimento Imobiliário.
