What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow with a team that values humanized, high-end guest experiences—where I can lead training and quality, manage reservations and sales, coordinate events, and strengthen guest loyalty through proactive guest relations and business prospecting.

I am a tourism & hospitality professional living in Porto Seguro on the Discovery Coast (southern Bahia), focused on helping people “taste, to feel and to experience their travel.” I arrived in 1994, and today I work as a service provider (a MEI company), building high-end, experience-driven guest journeys based on understanding your dream trip from the perspective of an eye focused on experiences and interaction with the place. I also bring “international experience of five years in a cruise company” operating during Brazilian and international seasons with MSC Cruise Shipping, and I speak English and Italian.

In my day-to-day work, I manage teams through training for quality control and excellence in services, and I handle reservation, commercial and sales management to support guest loyalty and sales achievement. I oversee event management (leisure and corporate), manage vacation rental platforms (Airbnb / Booking), and coordinate front office and back office teams as a Guest Relations Manager—seeking solutions for demands that may interfere with guest loyalty and sales achievement. I’m also responsible for publications on social media and prospecting for new business and services, and I’m an ICMBIO-accredited driver to work at the Pau Brasil National Park in Porto Seguro, alongside interpreting at events and tours in the region.
