What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can apply my bookkeeping, executive support, administrative management, and customer service experience to keep operations organized, support clients, and manage complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.

At Crowdset Inc., I manage financial records, payables, receivables, reconciliations, payroll support, and reporting while supporting the CEO’s inbox, calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements. I also help deliver smooth Airbnb guest experiences by managing bookings, guest inquiries, cancellations, refunds, listing updates, and property turnovers.

I’ve supported customer operations across moving and storage, telecommunications, internet, cable, VOIP, GPS tracking, Google Play Store, and QuickBooks. My work includes technical troubleshooting, billing support, payment collection, software installation, remote assistance, and escalation management.

I also bring experience in HR and administrative management, lead development, bookkeeping, sales supervision, and client relationship building. I use CRM, accounting, productivity, and communication tools to keep teams organized and customers supported.
