I’m a detail-oriented Bookkeeper and administrative support specialist with experience managing full-cycle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking.
I reconcile daily transactions (invoices, receipts, and expenses), maintain accurate financial records and documentation, and support financial reporting using tools like QuickBooks and Xero.
Earlier, I supported customer success by training clients on accounting modules—Customer, Vendor/Supplier, Banking, invoicing, sales orders, payments, receivables, bills, payables, and bank reconciliation—so they could generate accurate reports such as Income Statements and Balance Sheets. I also handle calendar scheduling, appointment coordination, and act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams. I’m energized by streamlining processes and keeping day-to-day business operations running smoothly.
