At Synapx, I own end-to-end delivery for five enterprise client accounts across Power Platform, ERP integration, and API automation projects for major UK clients. I manage scope, budgets, forecasts, change requests, risks, and executive governance across 8–10 concurrent projects.

I lead Agile delivery across developers, consultants, QA, and business analysts, improving release quality by 67% through backlog prioritisation, Azure DevOps sprint planning, improved testing practices, and bi-weekly release readiness. I’ve also delivered legacy-process migrations to SharePoint, API integrations, workflow automation, and a Power BI connector product with Microsoft and customer stakeholders.

Previously at Redcentric, I delivered 350+ telecom, IT, and SD-WAN migration projects across UK customer environments. I improved project visibility across 200+ sites, cleared aged broadband orders, managed escalations and supplier dependencies, and helped grow a key client account’s monthly revenue by 50%.

My project delivery foundation began at Tata Consultancy Services, where I coordinated testing and delivery for a UK banking loan application and supported a high-risk digital transformation programme. I work well in distributed, remote-first teams and focus on predictable delivery, clear stakeholder communication, and continuous process improvement.
