I'm seeking remote global opportunities where I can lead digital transformation, CRM delivery, Agile teams, and inclusive workplaces, including representation for Persons With Disability (PWD).

I've led enterprise CRM transformation and digital modernization programs for Cognizant, Exeevo, and Conduent, delivering Salesforce, Dynamics 365, and omnichannel solutions across aged care, pharmaceuticals, and transportation.

At Cognizant, I drive large-scale transformation initiatives for aged care, overseeing 50+ cross-functional team members and multi-product rollouts across Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Dynamics 365. I connect roadmaps, governance, release planning, risk management, and executive reporting to keep delivery aligned with client vision.

Previously, I delivered CRM-led process optimization for J&J, Acino, and Sanofi at Exeevo, including Salesforce Application CRM implementation for Acino Pharma in China. At Conduent, I delivered Salesforce CRM solutions for a USA Toll & Transportation project and received a client Kudos Award in 2021 for delivery excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.
