What I'm looking for
I’m an Operations, administration, and events professional with experience supporting fast-paced businesses through effective coordination, problem-solving, and customer-focused service. I manage bookings, logistics, supplier relationships, customer communications, and day-to-day operational processes while balancing multiple priorities.
In my current role as a Senior Event Specialist & Operations Coordinator, I coordinate 15–20 group bookings per month and handle high-volume customer communications (about 50 emails daily). I lead operational planning and logistics, manage customer escalations and complex booking challenges, and act as the primary point of contact during CEO annual leave to keep service consistent.
I also strengthen teams and operations through onboarding and process improvements—training and onboarding new hires over the past three years and developing internal workflows using Google Sheets to reduce administrative errors. Previously, I supported events up to 200 attendees and handled office administration, reporting, confidential record management, and billing-related processes.
