What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an administrative, operations, virtual assistance, or HR support role where I can contribute to organized workflows, accurate documentation, customer communication, and ongoing professional growth.

I'm currently supporting daily inbound communications and service requests at Grace Mountain Ministries, using Zoho Desk and 3CX to maintain accurate records, coordinate responses, and follow up on requests.

At Ghana's Ministry of Education, I prepared memorandums and meeting reports, organized educational resources on BONSU, and updated the ministry webpage with more than 30 resources to improve public access to information. I've also supported procurement documentation, purchase orders, audits, office supplies, and day-to-day administrative workflows.

Across office, sales, and customer-facing roles, I've built a practical foundation in documentation, data entry, inventory support, scheduling, and confidential information handling. I'm eager to contribute these administrative and HR support skills while continuing to learn.
