I am an experienced administrative and bookkeeping professional with a strong background in customer service, financial administration, and operations. Over the years, I have worked in a variety of environments, including accounting, hospitality, and small business operations, where I developed the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently and accurately.

My experience includes invoicing, bank reconciliations, cashbook management, payroll support, and general office administration. I have also worked extensively in guesthouse and property management, where I handled bookings, guest communication, housekeeping coordination, and day-to-day operations while maintaining a high standard of service.

In addition, I have supported business growth through social media management, creating advertisements, and assisting with basic website development. I enjoy finding practical ways to improve processes, stay organised, and ensure that tasks are completed to a high standard.

I am comfortable working independently in remote environments and take pride in being reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive. I am looking for an opportunity where I can contribute my skills in administration, bookkeeping, or customer support while continuing to grow and add value to a team.
