What I'm looking for

I’m looking for full-time, part-time, or freelance administrative and operations support roles where accuracy, organised systems, and professional client communication matter—especially in fast-paced environments where I can adapt quickly and take ownership.

I’m a final-year BCom Industrial Psychology student (expected graduation 2026) who brings hands-on administrative experience across education, hospitality, and small business environments. I focus on organised operations, clear client communication, and reliable record keeping that helps teams run smoothly.

In my administrative and operations roles, I manage invoicing, quotations, bookings, and financial administration using Xero, Zoho, and Hubdoc. I handle bank reconciliation, maintain structured filing systems, and create professional business documents and reports using Canva—always with a detail-oriented, people-first approach.

Beyond core admin, I support operational visibility through stock control and inventory assistance, track company vehicles using geotagging and reporting tools, and help monitor project costs with Planyard. I also teach part-time/online and freelance as a content creator and administrative support, adapting communication and documentation styles to meet individual needs and business goals.
