What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a growth-oriented role where I can combine Power BI analytics, marketing research, and P&L ratio insights to improve customer acquisition in private banking/wealth management, with room to learn, own initiatives, and deliver measurable impact.

I’m a Management Trainee at HERO FINCORP, currently building analytics-led solutions that connect business performance to customer outcomes. I thrive on turning metrics into clear narratives—whether through dashboards, P&L ratio insights, or communication strategies designed to improve acquisition.

In my current role, I formulated and prepared a Power BI Dashboard to present key metrics across line of businesses. I also conceptualized, prepared, and published P&L Statement Analysis to identify ratios that gauge business performance, and I strategically curated communication nudges to drive higher customer acquisition.

To deepen my private banking expertise, I regularly engage and coordinate with 25+ RMs and work through real customer pain-points. I’ve researched and presented actionable suggestions for unsecured business loan market expansion, and I’ve contributed across multiple cross-functional projects spanning marketing tactics, content curation, and KPI-focused analysis.

Earlier, as an IDFC FIRST BANK Summer Intern, I accelerated execution of the Dream Buyer Program with 42 Relationship Managers and helped enhance customer acquisition under Private Banking/Wealth Management. I contributed knowledge nugget content for seamless routine task implementation, and I also supported marketing communication brief development—strengthening my ability to combine strategy, analysis, and practical execution.
