What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR role where I can own recruiting and HR operations end-to-end, partner cross-functionally, and build people programs from scratch in a high-ownership, people-first culture.

I’m an HR professional with close to 3 years of experience spanning full-cycle recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and L&D. I’ve worked across tech, FMCG, travel, and warehousing, and I have a particular knack for building things from the ground up. I care about people, I take ownership seriously, and I’m most energized when I’m building something that didn’t exist before.

At Bluecore, I took on sole ownership of the entire India team within three months of joining—while simultaneously setting up the physical office, managing vendors, and supporting a cross-functional US-India workflow. I led end-to-end recruitment for technical and niche tech profiles, closing 5+ technical hires within 30 days and reducing time-to-fill by 25%. I managed the full cycle using Greenhouse, Naukri, and LinkedIn.

I also ran day-to-day HR execution and enablement: onboarding kit vendor relationships, onboarding training for new joiners, and HRMS accuracy and training. I conducted training sessions covering Navan, Bonusly, and BambooHR to support smooth onboarding and adoption. I coordinated virtual events, bulk gifting, employee milestones, and engagement across a distributed team.

Before that, as an HR Executive at EthicsGroup of Companies, I managed end-to-end recruitment across sectors, ran orientation and in-house training programs, and maintained HRMS data integrity. I also led employee engagement initiatives and handled employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary processes with fairness and discretion. Earlier, as an HR Associate Trainee at VGroup Inc. and L&D Intern at Capgemini, I strengthened my HR foundations through onboarding (including BGV with multiple vendors), SOP development, learning operations support, and training track record management.
