I’m looking for a fast-paced team where I can own end-to-end hiring, strengthen onboarding, and run day-to-day HR operations—partnering closely with founders and leaders to shape workforce strategy and improve candidate experience.

I’m a results-driven HR Generalist with 1.5+ years of experience managing end-to-end HR functions across fast-paced startups and mid-size organisations. At Zamun, I independently closed 15+ roles across tech and non-tech teams while managing a 100+ candidate monthly pipeline, reducing time-to-shortlist by streamlining screening with department heads.

I serve as the primary HR point of contact for the organisation, coordinating directly with founders on manpower planning, hiring strategy, and compensation benchmarking. I also launched and owned the complete onboarding programme (documentation, induction scheduling, and 30-day check-ins) and handle day-to-day HR operations including attendance tracking, policy communication, employee documentation, and grievance handling.
