I'm looking for a retail leadership role where I can manage store or multi-location operations, develop teams, drive sales growth, uphold brand standards, and improve customer experience.

I've managed Lenovo Exclusive Stores across Nashik, Hyderabad, Gujarat, Mumbai, Sangamner, Dhule, and Malegaon, leading sales, store operations, inventory, customer service, and brand compliance. In my current role at Absolute IT Solutions, I manage a standalone Lenovo store in Nashik and drive monthly targets through team leadership and proactive customer engagement.

I've also led four-store cluster operations, monitored KPIs, coached teams, coordinated stock movement, handled escalations, and executed regional and local marketing campaigns. I began as a Sales Executive and was promoted to Store Manager within six months, building my retail career around sales growth, visual merchandising, and customer retention.
