What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead digital growth, brand strategy, demand generation, and AI-driven marketing initiatives across global or D2C businesses, working cross-functionally to improve conversion, scale campaigns, and build strong brands.

I'm leading European digital strategy at International Tractors Limited, where I reduced dealer-network cost per lead by 75% while sustaining 100+ high-converting leads each month. I also launched five global websites end-to-end with AI-powered lead shortlisting.

Across Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Belgium, and the UK, I align regional digital execution with global brand and growth goals. I work across performance marketing, CRM, website management, content, and marketing automation, partnering with design and development teams and coordinating 7+ agencies.

Previously at Rangoli Color Lab, I grew D2C channels across owned ecommerce and Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra, delivering 5+ ROAS overall and 7+ ROAS on top campaigns. I also reduced RTO by 10% through partial COD, pincode-level blocking, and risk-based customer segmentation.
