At Tatum, I designed the RPC Gateway end-to-end—defining routing logic and provider-configuration UX—used by 170,000+ developers, while also building a token-driven design system from scratch that was adopted across 6 products and 3 engineers.
I’ve driven measurable business and product outcomes by pairing strong UX craft with AI-native workflows. I built AI agent-based design-to-development pipelines that cut time-to-ship by 50%, led the redesign of onboarding, pricing, and billing to drive 2.3x ARR growth ($150K to $343K), and pushed KYC/AML UX improvements that reduced KYC time from 12 minutes to under 4 while reaching 78% completion across 180,000 users.
