Led end-to-end design and development of a native mobile application, translating product vision into high-fidelity, production-ready experiences in Figma. Used vibe-coding to accelerate concept-to-prototype workflows while integrating AI capabilities.

Owned and led UX delivery, specializing in logic-driven UX for complex, data-heavy systems and accessibility-focused design systems. Produced structured Figma component architectures and documentation to support rapid iteration and engineering handoff.

Collaborated with User Research and Analytics teams to analyze customer behaviour and sentiment across mortgage products. Redesign mortgage journeys by converting call-based processes into efficient digital experiences, improving Figma file architecture for consistency and scalability, and supporting accessibility via shared design system components.

Unified 10 subsidiary brands under a shared multi-brand design system to ensure consistency across digital touchpoints. Designed and implemented a scalable Figma architecture, delivering 30+ components across 10 libraries with a central documentation hub.

Optimized site navigation for the Care/Self-Serve area using A/B and multivariate testing to improve usability and task completion. Reimagined authentication flows to enhance accessibility and reduce friction, and strengthened the design system via version-controlled Sketch pattern library updates and reusable component/template delivery.

Conceptualised and designed components of the British Gas design system with accessibility and design principles in mind. Managed the Sketch component library with GitHub version control, built Sketch plugins to streamline workflows, and supported self-serve troubleshooting journeys and payment-related experience design.

Partnered with a UX designer to understand and design procurement workflow systems. Built 4 interactive Axure prototypes and created UI designs using Government Design Service (GDS) guidance.

Interviewed users and gathered feedback to guide wireframes and functionality solution designs for BP. Designed and developed a community-driven, live web-app ecosystem to visualize practice applications, built as a single-page application on NodeJS/ExpressJS.

Designed UI for data visualisation solutions across multiple teams and countries. Delivered UI design work across 5 projects in one month and liaised with product owners in the UK and Ireland to identify opportunities and manage end-to-end project delivery.

Evolved and expanded an SEO admin panel for client management and content delivery workflows. Grew the UK business by learning the existing system and developing functionality, including planning and building a data extraction web app to extract data from websites.
