Designed engagement, onboarding, and trust systems for a web messaging platform focused on advisor reputation and community participation. Created user-centered experiences to support adoption and sustained participation.

Embedded mid-delivery to stabilise a complex web wallet by bringing real user perspective and defining core flows. Constrained spiralling requirements to protect usability while shipping at pace.

Led product discovery and designed a blockchain analytics platform used in investigations alongside Coinbase, Interpol, and international law enforcement. Enabled simultaneous multi-asset investigations through a simplified user experience.
