I'm currently coordinating insurance repair projects at Dasto Group, liaising with clients, insurers, contractors, and suppliers to keep works moving from commencement through completion.

I manage work orders, repair scopes, budgets, scheduling, approvals, variations, invoices, quotations, completion reports, and project documentation. I keep stakeholders updated on progress while maintaining accurate records.

Previously at Emergency Trade Services, I coordinated repairs across Australia, processed invoices, tracked jobs, and followed up with trades and clients. At Staff Outsourcing Solutions, I supported the Hearthsong/Children’s Group account and progressed to Tier 2 Amazon Seller Central Customer Service Expert and Tier 3 POC/SME.

With more than three years of customer service and administrative support experience, I bring organized, reliable remote support through tools including Monday.com, Outlook, Slack, Shopify, and Gladly.
