What I'm looking for
I am a driven hospitality and administrative professional with proven experience coordinating schedules, managing reception duties, and supporting senior management. I consistently deliver exceptional customer service and ensure smooth daily operations.
I graduated top of my class at National Certificate and National Diploma levels from the School of Hospitality, Bulawayo Polytechnic, and hold a City & Guilds Business Administration diploma. My training strengthened my communication, ICT and travel and tourism knowledge.
In my roles I have managed multi-line switchboards, organized meetings and boardrooms, prepared reports, and handled travel and accommodation arrangements. As an assistant manager I supervised staff, resolved customer complaints, and contributed to strategic planning to grow business performance.
