I am looking for a role that allows me to grow my skills in customer service and administration while contributing to a supportive team environment.

I am an extremely enthusiastic individual who is very determined to learn new skills and gain more knowledge about the roles and tasks ahead of me. I enjoy working in a team but am also capable of working independently. My experience in various administrative roles has equipped me with the ability to adapt proactively to team needs, ensuring efficiency and high-level support.

Throughout my career, I have provided excellent customer service, maintained accurate records, and managed information effectively. My time at KARE PLUS as an Administration Assistant allowed me to hone my skills in organizing files, managing databases, and supporting payroll processes. At VERBATIM, I excelled as a call center virtual receptionist, where I maintained client satisfaction by resolving queries promptly and efficiently.
