At Comcast Technology Center, I assist employees, visitors, contractors, and building staff with questions and access concerns. I explain procedures clearly and provide courteous service during urgent situations.

As a Security Ambassador with Allied Universal, I coordinate daily through email, phone, and Microsoft Teams. I share updates and arrange follow-up with coworkers and other teams.

I prioritize concerns and coordinate with supervisors, building engineering, and responding partners to support incident response and escalation through established procedures. I also maintain incident reports and activity records using security operations systems.

Through informal troubleshooting and academic labs at Community College of Philadelphia, I’ve set up computers and peripherals, helped resolve Windows and connectivity issues, and configured Windows and Linux virtual machines. I also created Active Directory users and groups and practiced Windows Server and Group Policy administration.
