At Oso & Me, I led the customer-facing Shopify experience and optimization roadmap across merchandising, UX, CRO, search, navigation, landing pages, and PDPs. My work supported a 309% increase in revenue per session, a 102% increase in homepage conversion rate, and an 81% increase in AOV.

I turn customer behavior, inventory, and performance insights into prioritized journey improvements, including Combined Listings, cross-sells, Shop the Look, and bundles. I also expanded into Klaviyo email and SMS, building campaigns, flows, segmentation, testing, reporting, and AI-assisted analysis across approximately $92K in attributed revenue.

At SPANX, I owned digital optimization initiatives that contributed to a 14% lift in conversion and 20% growth in category sales. I used GA4, Contentsquare, Shopify, and Optimizely to identify funnel friction, run A/B tests, improve navigation and landing pages, and increase product discoverability and add-to-cart rate.
