United States

What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to leverage my operations expertise in behavioral health, focusing on impactful program delivery and team collaboration.

I am an empathetic leader and current Master of Social Work (MSW) student at the University of Kentucky, with over 10 years of experience in operations, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration. My journey has led me to transition from tech into behavioral health, where I aim to apply my background in structured care systems, trauma-informed communication, and outcomes-based program delivery.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a passion for supporting individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, and depression. At EmriCare, I successfully onboarded three new clinics in three months, enhancing their Electronic Medical Record systems. My role at Figure involved managing cross-functional teams to drive process automation, ensuring operational efficiency. Additionally, my volunteer work with Storyline Health and Theodora Africa has allowed me to develop scalable systems and mentor underserved communities, further solidifying my commitment to making a positive impact in behavioral health.
