What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote opportunities in e-commerce, customer support, virtual assistance, social media operations, or online sales, working with international teams.

At Rosa Mode, I managed customer messages, order confirmation, online sales, and day-to-day page operations. I used Meta Business Suite to organize and respond to customer interactions.

I handled sales and order workflows for two clothing businesses simultaneously, coordinating payment and delivery information and creating a tracking sheet for shared delivery costs. I followed up on orders from confirmation through processing.

My experience also includes retail sales at Mall of Tunis (Lafayette), English tutoring, and supporting children during activities. I'm a second-year psychology student, and I'm seeking remote opportunities with international teams.
