At The Automation Group, I build and deploy AI agents embedded with financial services, government, and enterprise software clients. I delivered a production AI email-classification agent for a Dutch insurance broker handling 150 emails daily, saving 1 FTE, with follow-up flows saving another 0.5 FTE.

I also built an SEO content agent using Pydantic AI that achieved a 35% higher conversion rate in pilot, and advise a Dutch trading company on GDPR- and NIS2-compliant AI deployment in the Microsoft stack. My work spans AI policy, operating models, governance, role-based access, audit logging, and prompt-injection mitigation.

At TNO, I built an LLM document analyzer on Mistral models and an automated mandate checker using the OpenAI API, with a projected 30–50% process improvement.

Before engineering AI systems, I spent fifteen years in Dutch financial institutions including ING, ABN AMRO, Delta Lloyd, and Nationale-Nederlanden. I led audits of global critical programs, assessed EU AI Act readiness, trained more than 20 colleagues in prompt engineering, and bring disciplined delivery, clear acceptance criteria, and quality that survives review.
