What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and build production AI systems, especially agentic, RAG, and conversational products, while setting technical direction, strengthening evaluation and observability, and mentoring high-performing teams.

I've built and owned agentic AI components for Oviva's customer-facing AI companion, including architecture, implementation, and quality systems. I migrated its agent infrastructure to Google ADK 2.3, refactored conversational flows, and established evaluation, testing, observability, prompt A/B testing, and error-analysis practices.

At ZDF Sparks, I defined the technical roadmap for AI products and turned successful proofs of concept into production systems. I built RAG pipelines and agentic workflows with LangGraph and LlamaIndex for content understanding, retrieval, personalisation, and generation, while leading and growing a team of four data scientists.

At The Adecco Group, I led multidisciplinary teams of 6–8 people and set technical direction for NLP, language models, extraction, matching, ontologies, and conversational AI. I shipped transformer-based document extraction, multilingual semantic search, a production LLM-powered RAG conversational agent, and organisation-wide benchmarking and testing practices.

My PhD in formal and computational linguistics grounds my applied AI work in language, dialogue, and rigorous evaluation. I enjoy taking AI systems from architecture through production delivery while building the engineering standards, feedback loops, and teams that make them dependable.
