A job that allows me to showcase my wide array of expertise and global experience working, where I can take initiative and add real value to my line of work and the team.

Senior Strategy and Policy Consultant with 7 years of experience across Europe, the United Kingdom, Africa and South America working for international organisations such as the United Nations and publicly listed companies such as Sanlam. I have a proven ability across multimillion-pound and Global public and private sector projects by leveraging excellent interpersonal skills, strategic insight, and extensive experience in leadership, policy, digital strategy consulting, education, organizational planning, research, project management, and analysis. Most recently working on the UN programme Boosting decent jobs and enhancing skills for youth in Africa's digital economy across the International Labour Organisation (ILO), International Telecommunication Union (ITU), African Union (AU) and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

I am currently the recipient of the EquiTech Fellowship in the United Kingdom, completing a Data Science Programme. I received the Commonwealth Leadership Scholarship to complete My Masters in Innovation, Public Policy and Public Value at University College London (UCL) and the Irish Kader Asmal Scholarship to complete My Masters in Strategy & Innovation at Maynooth University Ireland.

What makes me tick is seeing the bigger picture - I think systems - how strategies, policies, projects, services, users, and things interact within that system - what role each element plays in the system and how it affects functions within that system. I always look to create and execute with the bigger picture in mind.

I was hired as the Expert Consultant for the South African Digital Economy. I was tasked with leading the National Platform of Platforms (PoP) initiative to equalise the supply and demand for digital jobs for unemployed youth in South Africa.
I also developed policy recommendations to support national digital skills strategy whilst mobilising resources from the private and public sector.
