What I'm looking for
I’m a client-relations and marketing research professional who strengthens business growth by qualifying leads, managing CRM data, and keeping customer/student journeys smooth. In my Client Relations Associate role, I conducted outbound calls to prospective students, qualified leads, and helped improve enrollment conversion rates by coordinating lead follow-ups. I also managed and updated CRM data from UrbanPro and supported enrollment operations by maintaining student records and assisting with academic events.
