I’m an MBA graduate and marketing associate who enjoys turning customer needs and operational details into smooth execution. I bring hands-on experience in client coordination, CRM management, reporting, and day-to-day business operations.

In my recent role at Mentorvit Education Foundation, I supported lead generation and follow-ups, handled clients through counseling and client management, and contributed to sales and business development. I also supported marketing campaign work while maintaining accurate reporting and coordination for operational continuity.

At Digital Enterprises, I worked as a retail leasing associate—identifying and contacting potential retail brands and franchise owners for leasing opportunities. I conducted cold calling and email outreach, coordinated site visits, shared leasing proposals and commercial terms, and assisted senior managers in negotiations and deal closures.

Across both roles, I focus on process efficiency, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. I’m skilled with Microsoft Excel, CRM management, and structured communication, and I’m comfortable coordinating with stakeholders to keep work moving and data accurate.
