In my role as a Startup Research & Outreach Associate (remote), I conducted outreach and follow-up with startup founders and potential users using digital platforms. I researched startups and target audiences, maintained organized lead records with communication tracking, and supported relationship-management workflows to improve engagement and response consistency.

Previously, I worked in freelance research & outreach support, performing internet research to identify leads and business opportunities. I handled outreach coordination, response tracking, and follow-up through messaging and online communication channels, while supporting customer engagement across social media—independently and on schedule.

I also strengthened my process and systems thinking through projects like a Startup Outreach & Lead Tracking project (lead organization, tracking, follow-ups) and a CRM Workflow Documentation project (clear walkthroughs of lead stages and communication workflows). With BCA training and a strong interest in sales, digital marketing, and customer acquisition, I’m motivated to take initiative and hit daily and monthly targets in performance-based remote environments.
