I'm looking for opportunities to lead talent acquisition or HR operations, improve recruitment processes, build strong talent pipelines, and support client and employee relationships in a fast-paced environment.

I lead Talent BridgeX’s recruitment team, delivering end-to-end hiring solutions for U.S.-based federal and commercial clients, including cleared roles requiring Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, and FSP clearances.

I’ve managed the full employee lifecycle at SNJ Global Services, from offer letters, onboarding, payroll, and attendance to employee relations, offboarding, policies, and performance support. I also coordinate client relationships, review candidate submissions, improve sourcing workflows, and help teams meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
