I’m an IT Analyst with 13 years of Information Technology experience and a track record of working in fast-paced environments where business impact matters. I combine technical troubleshooting with clear documentation and strong communication to keep teams moving and users productive.

In my current role at Arete Technologies, I install and image computers, migrate user data and profiles, configure printers and peripherals, and support end-to-end IT operations. I prioritize business needs while monitoring systems and networks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring security and efficiency across the IT infrastructure.

Previously, as a Senior IT Analyst at 20/20 Research and an IT Analyst at Lowes Corporation, I handled first- and second-level support, organized helpdesk ticketing via SysAid and ServiceNow, and worked with incident and change management. I supported Windows and Mac/iOS platforms, wrote automation with PowerShell workflow, and resolved networking issues involving TCP/IP, routers, WAPs, and VMware.

Alongside hands-on IT work, I’ve led operations as an Owner/Agency Director and brought finance and mortgage experience into my decision-making. I enjoy building structure—permissions, user accounts, security monitoring, and process documentation—so systems run reliably, problems get solved quickly, and quality standards are maintained.
