I'm currently creating and maintaining Spot DevOps documentation for Flexera using GitHub, Markdown, and Copilot. Previously at Spot by NetApp, I served as technical lead for the documentation team.

At Forescout, I led the Israel documentation team, administered the Zoomin content delivery platform and DITA architecture, and helped migrate the documentation repository from Word to a DITA-based CMS. I also produced user documentation for automated cybersecurity products, including installation, administration, upgrades, SaaS applications, UX content, and APIs.

At Tomia, I recruited and managed technical writers, contractors, vendors, and interns while managing the company's documentation collateral. I also integrated acquired-company documentation and established a single-source CMS based on SharePoint and SmartDocs.

Across roles at Nice Systems, Alvarion, Nuance, and BluePhoenix Solutions, I've documented telephony, wireless broadband, directory services, database modernization, and digital audio recording products. I use AI tools, documentation platforms, and structured content workflows to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and clarity of technical information.
