At DEVICETOTAL, I analyzed and maintained technical device information across hardware vendors and managed structured product datasets in ArangoDB, including cybersecurity vulnerability information. I prepared and validated JSON datasets for internal systems and supported Sales and Customer Success with technical product insights.
At Philips, I provided product expertise and commercial support for MRI systems, including demonstrations, consultations, and product analysis. Earlier, I supported sales operations and customer documentation at Philips, and provided technical and commercial support for ultrasound and X-ray equipment at AFS MEDTRADE.
