At Qlik, I own documentation for enterprise data integration and secure access solutions, including admin guides, API documentation, online help, and release notes.

I use in-house AI agents, including Claude in VS Code and Jira MCP Server, to accelerate initial documentation drafts and reinvest time in customer-focused content. I partner closely with Engineering, Product Management, UX, and Support, and I’m often a trusted voice on proposed UX decisions.

Previously at Attunity, I administered the documentation department and owned documentation lifecycles for real-time enterprise data integration software. I coordinated contract writers, set priorities and standards, and onboarded, mentored, and managed junior writers.

Across RepliWeb, Softlink, Verint, and GoSMS.com, I documented managed and secure file transfer, hardware installation, recording and monitoring tools, and internet messaging products. I also created onboarding tutorials, designed UI icons, and produced marketing content.
