What I'm looking for

I'm targeting startups (including but not limited to SaaS companies), small, and medium size companies where I can make meaningful contributions. I value Customer Engagement, so having a role that empowers me to take meaningful feedback to product, development, and other teams.

Throughout my career as a Customer Success Manager and Liaison Between external clients and internal delivery resources: I have consistently been the top producer for each company based on their respective KPIs. Espousing a philosophy of Servant Leadership, my goal is to foster success among internal resources, clients, and empirically model success.

I also volunteer at the Humane Society to help dogs in custody become adoptable!

I joined Lotus a Customer Success Manager liaising between customers, and internal Software Development Product teams. I manage SDLC development & developing onboarding programs, user/customer stories, setting up timelines, health scores, and other KPIs for non-profits, SMBs, and enterprise clients. I reduce churn, and improve retention.
