I've spent ten years making broker operations flow with precision, from client account opening and document verification through KYC/AML compliance, payment escalations, and fund-withdrawal approvals. At DUO Markets, I led a four-person team across client support, document review, and deposit and withdrawal approvals, helping improve response times and team productivity.
