As a Commercial Operations Assistant at Prestamype, I manage end-to-end investor onboarding operations, including KYC documentation validation, fund registration, and platform enrollment. I coordinate approval workflows between commercial and operations teams, maintain the investor CRM for lead assignment and lifecycle tracking, and serve as the primary operational interface between sales executives and back-office processes.

My impact comes from turning process friction into measurable results. I tracked processing times across investor approval workflows, designed and deployed an interactive KYC checklist tool that eliminated a recurring compliance pattern (errors dropped to near-zero), and built a streamlined data-entry interface for investor deposit recording to reduce errors on sensitive financial records.

Previously, as an Operations & Commercial Support Intern at EcoInfinite, I mapped the end-to-end service delivery value stream and identified gaps between estimated and actual execution time affecting SLA compliance. I proposed scheduling optimizations, reduced delivery cycles by improving assignment sequencing, and supported continuous improvement through field audits, client operations coordination, and competitive benchmarking reports.
