Led SAP S4/HANA implementation projects across two global industrial clients, managing cross-functional teams and engaging directly with C-level stakeholders. Implemented ServiceNow by structuring the Shared Services Center of one of the largest healthcare operators in Brazil based on an agile/scrum approach, mapping more than 300 processes and requirements.

Delivered high-impact consulting projects across automotive, healthcare, and education sectors, including 100+ process designs for a global SAP S4/Hana implementation, redesign of patient care pathways doubling surgery capacity, and strategic planning development using Must Win Battles methodology.
