What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a fully remote role in inbound or inside sales, account management, customer success, customer service, sales training, or client relationship management with an international company across time zones.

I've supported international customers at Israel eTeacher Group, Comcast/Xfinity, and SP Asset Management, turning needs-focused conversations into high-value sales, clear billing resolutions, and stronger client relationships. I work across inbound sales, account support, customer service, follow-up, CRM records, and ticketing with a customer-first approach.

I've also trained sales representatives in product knowledge, needs analysis, communication, and objection handling, and led customer-facing teams in fast-paced hospitality operations.
