I've managed customer service, sales, logistics, and account-related activities across U.S. hospitality venues and Colombian advertising agencies. At Kalahary Resort & Convention Center and CamelBack Resort, I supported high-volume guest operations, requests, events, and retention activities in predominantly English-speaking environments.

At Cameron State Inn Wedding Venue, I contributed to end-to-end delivery of more than 80 weddings averaging approximately 230 guests each, coordinating budgets, vendors, commercial conditions, and operational teams.

I've also managed corporate client relationships and multi-project delivery at View Digital, RBM Group, Marketmedios Comunicaciones, and Ogilvy & Mather Colombia. At Ogilvy, I supported domestic and international accounts for brands including Coca-Cola, Mercedes-Benz, Carulla, and British American Tobacco.
