I’m looking for a hospitality role where I can lead operations and improve service quality, combining guest relations with strong admin and financial auditing. I want a team that values process, feedback, and continuous optimization.

I’m a hospitality professional with over 5 years of experience in management, operations, and financial auditing. I bring a Bachelor’s degree in Management and a track record in administrative efficiency, data entry, and guest relations.

In my current role, I help lead hotel operations and service standards by managing staff schedules, conducting performance reviews, and overseeing departmental budgets. I also collaborate with sales to optimize occupancy and Average Daily Rate (ADR), while keeping guest experience at the center.

Alongside hotel leadership, I work as a Quality Specialist where I analyze customer reviews and tour data to identify recurring issues and drive actionable operational improvements. I manage brand reputation by responding professionally to guest feedback.

I also strengthen the foundation behind great service through finance and administration work—conducting routine revenue and cash audits, maintaining the accounts receivable ledger, running monthly reconciliations, and following up on outstanding invoices. Whether coordinating wedding and event logistics or handling front desk guest journeys and upselling, I’m focused on reliable execution and continuous improvement using tools like Slack, Trello, and Microsoft Office/G-Suite.
