At Ministry of Finance ICT Unit, I developed a Job Letter Request Application and a secure Verification Document System for authenticating MOF correspondence. I also elicit and document stakeholder requirements and review processes to improve workflows.
At Judiciary of Trinidad and Tobago ICT Unit - E-services, I developed applications for district courts, including a Non-Crim Register and Correspondence Management system. I also designed a records-tracking application and created an Invoice Tracking and E-Votebook system.
On the Woodbrook Pentecostal Church Project, I developed the church website and an application to manage members and assets. My work also includes end-user training, instructional materials, and support for business systems.
