At the Office of the Parliament, I built and implemented an asset management system to track and document IT assets across the organization.
I also developed a web application for procurement requests and activities, and built an HR vacancies application using a WordPress database to support applicant filtering and shortlisting.
To streamline support requests, I implemented an open-source helpdesk solution with email-to-ticket automation, reporting, and Microsoft Authentication.
Previously, I collaborated on a React Native mobile application at AVC Services and led a team of four junior developers at the Ministry of Labour in developing an asset management information system.
