What I'm looking for
I bring a blend of customer service strength and medical records analysis to help people get clear answers, feel supported, and receive accurate, compliant healthcare documentation. I’m known for staying calm, organized, and focused on solutions from start to finish.
In my Customer Service Representative role, I answered phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers about health supplements. I processed orders and refunds, de-escalated issues and complaints, and made sure customers were satisfied with products and up to date with service offerings.
