I'm open to relocation and available immediately. I’m looking to build people-first HR functions and scalable people strategies across global, distributed organizations.

At Tailwind, I partner with founders to build scalable HR functions and talent acquisition frameworks across the U.S., India, and the Middle East. I design onboarding, performance, and HR technology systems, and my consulting projects have delivered $2M in cost savings.

At NuAxis Innovations, I partnered with the COO on workforce planning and organizational design for a distributed workforce. I improved 12-month retention from 77% to 81%, and culture and recognition programs reached 95% participation ahead of the company’s Top Workplaces 2024 recognition.

I also co-founded The Mood Space, a digital mental health platform that reached 40,000+ individuals, 30+ corporate partnerships, and operations across 15+ countries. Earlier, at WorldLink, I supported U.S. client recruitment and helped lead a company-wide rebrand.
