I am a highly motivated Business Law undergraduate with a keen interest in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Employer Branding, and HR Management. My passion lies in enhancing employee experience, recruitment, and corporate culture. I am eager to apply my communication skills, adaptability, and tech-savviness in an HR Generalist Intern role to contribute to talent acquisition, employee engagement, and employer branding initiatives.

Throughout my experiences, I have developed strong organizational and interpersonal communication abilities essential for HR coordination roles. For instance, as a Liaison Officer for MGI 7th Celebration, I managed communication and hospitality for 150 international participants, ensuring a seamless event experience. Additionally, my role as a Virtual Assistant for Cataluna Wedding Organizer honed my attention to detail and financial tracking skills, which are transferable to HR analytics.

My educational background at Universitas Gadjah Mada has equipped me with relevant legal knowledge in Labour Law and Business Law, further reinforcing my capabilities in HR. I am committed to leveraging my skills and experiences to make a meaningful impact in the HR field.
