I’m looking for an HR role where I can own end-to-end talent acquisition, structured onboarding, and employee engagement—while building compliant HR policies and driving organization development. I thrive in fast-paced teams that value data-backed decisions and measurable impact.

I’m a results-driven Human Resources Business Partner with an MBA in HR and experience in the financial services sector. I bring proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment, having successfully hired over 100 professionals, and I’m known for translating workforce needs into practical, measurable hiring plans.

In my HRBP role at Jio Financial Services, I managed workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding—leveraging job boards and professional networks to build a robust talent pipeline and reduce time-to-fill. I also designed and rolled out the organization’s first structured induction program, ensuring seamless integration and consistent onboarding standards. Alongside this, I conceptualized and implemented the first employee engagement initiatives, including town halls, development workshops, and team-building activities to strengthen morale and collaboration.

I’ve focused on building the operating backbone of people processes through performance management, grievance handling, and employee conduct policies to ensure compliance and a positive work environment. I’ve also onboarded over 200 dealers for the auto leasing business, and I led a team of 5 Key Account Managers (KAMs), improving workflows and eliminating backlogs to enhance productivity. My internship work further strengthened my perspective on DEI integration, workforce planning models, role clarity, span of control, and organizational development initiatives.
